Discover Impactful Work:

As a Contract Specialist I, you will work with and assist the department in the completion and execution of contracts with clients, consultants, independent contractors, internal entities and all other relevant "Agreements." You will perform administrative duties, including signature processing for the department. Office or Flex work options are available to all candidates based in Poland.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drafting local Contracts for Poland, including Investigator agreements, terminations, assignments and amendments

• Assisting Counsels with populating drafts based on the negotiated template

• Printing and obtaining signatures (wet ink copies)

• Arranging couriers delivery and collection to sites

• Archiving signed contract (pdf on AES drive and physical original in the office)

• Maintaining PI database in Poland and cooperating with sites in Poland

• Maintaining local contracts database in Poland

• Obtaining PI Acceptance Form in Poland

• Cooperation with Project Management teams to set a priority on local contracts properly

• Liaising with Finance for site-specific budgets needed for site contracting

• Drafting Work Orders under internal MSAs.

• Drafting and review of Change Orders and other Amendments.

• Drafting and review of Start-Up Agreements



Education:

- High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

Experience:

- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.

Abilities:

- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail with proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively

- Flexibility and judgment required to reprioritize workload to meet changing project timelines

- Ability to apply knowledge of and adhere to all PPD and client SOPs, WPDs and other regulations in all aspects of project implementation, execution and closeout

- Excellent English and grammar skills

- Proficient in MS Word and Excel

- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
