Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate internal and external communications to contribute to the achievement of site objectives and goals.
- Coordinate awareness campaigns to reinforce the Thermo Fisher culture and encourage positive behaviors within the organization.
- Develop advertising campaigns aligned with corporate requirements, highlighting employees of the remarkable benefits the company offers.
- Supervise the efficiency of internal communication through annual indicators such as the Employee Involvement Survey.
- Develop communication strategies for various media and initiatives, including social media administration and the design of advertising campaigns to promote the company's world-class image.
- Communicate community events and initiatives centered around employee well-being and quality of life.
- Develop and edit multimedia files (audio and video) for training initiatives and organizational development, using internal media such as boards, screens, and audio systems.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Communications or PR role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to determine and successfully implement effective communication strategies.
- Effective coordination and meticulousness.
- Proficiency in multimedia production and editing tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Dedication to encouraging an inclusive and diverse workplace.
