Key responsibilities:
- Act as central commercial coordinator to support routine and ad hoc business contract related review, negotiation and internal approvals
- Optimize existing processes or develop new processes in relation to contract management
- Ensure the full compliance of commercial contract management and approval processes with country and division approval matrix as well as internal control and compliance requirements
- Proactively participate and facilitate important commercial contract negotiation with key external customers
- Partner with other functions to provide contract and approval trainings to commercial team
- Facilitate the required approvals in company systems or tools.
Qualifications:
- Master degree and major in Law is a plus
- 10+ years' working experience in commercial contract management department of large EPC or instrument companies is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Well organized in time and priority management. Attention to details and preciseness
- Strong process & teamwork minded and problem-solving skill
- Skilled in MS Office, e.g. word, excel, PowerPoint, Adobe
- Good English writing and speaking skill is required
- Flexible for business travels when needed
- Shanghai location is preferred. Beijing location can be acceptable in special circumstances.
