Job Description
General Purpose of the Position:
This role involves performing routine operational activities and system processes. While specialized training may be required, the position does not demand a high level of independent judgment or decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by answering and resolving inquiries and advising cases to the appropriate department for resolution. Educate customers on policies and procedures, prepare and provide data, and request additional documentation as needed.
- Lead non-complex past due accounts following established collection strategies. Document customer interactions regarding late payments and collaborate with sales, customer service, tax, order management, invoicing, and master data teams.
- Support document processing and data management by researching and updating financial systems, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate data tracking records.
- Validate the accuracy of supporting documentation for metrics, production, and compliance reporting. Process documents, allocate revenue or expenses, enter journal entries, and verify customer information.
- Supply to quality control by reviewing documentation for accuracy, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements, identifying quality issues, and suggesting process improvements.
- Complete assigned work using policies, data, and resources. Collaborate with managers, co-workers, and internal customers.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Implement related action plans and use the open-door policy.
- Maintain engagement and communication with internal and external customers via telephone, email, chat, or other means.
- Find opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement. Implement new strategies and standard methodologies.
- Provide support and perform other tasks as required by business needs.

Basic Requirements:
- Professional technician or university baccalaureate student in Accounting, Finance, or Administration.
- Shown experience in accounting/finance and/or customer service.
- B2 level of English proficiency.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intermediate Excel skills.
- Experience with at least one ERP (Oracle, SAP, JDEdwards, or Mainframe).
