Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking an expert EMEA Client Services Project Manager III to join our Clinical Trials Division in Bleiswijk, Netherlands. With over 27 years of experience, Fisher Clinical Services is dedicated to delivering world-class packaging and distribution solutions for clinical trials. As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with internal departments and external customers to ensure flawless execution of projects from start to finish.

As an EMEA Client Services Project Manager III, you will play a vital role in the successful implementation of clinical trial projects. Your contributions will have a direct impact on advancing scientific research and improving patient outcomes.

A day in the Life:

  • Example 1: Lead and represent the business at kick-off meetings with customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Example 2: Facilitate customer teleconferences, visits, and audits to provide timely reports and updates.
  • Example 3: Collaborate with Quality Assurance/Regulatory personnel to drive the closure of Problem Reports.

Keys to Success:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven experience in project management or equivalent.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Strong customer leadership skills with the ability to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Proficiency in personal computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).

Education

  • Requires accredited college, university-recognized professional degree, preferably in a health-related field.

Experience

  • Requires understanding and proficient use of SOPs required by company Quality standards.
  • Requires validated experience with customers in a dynamic environment.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Requires ability to analyze and define solutions and lead multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Requires effective communication, organizational skills, and project coordination abilities.
  • Requires proficiency in relationship building and developing strong customer relationships.
