Location: Grand Island, NY

A day in the life

  • Manage and lead the delivery of all technical and service aspects of projects and studies for clients.
  • Determine the preliminary design of the study, evaluating and understanding the study as it progresses.
  • Serve as the internal link within the company, maintaining direct contact with all internal departments and one-on-one engagement with external customers.
  • Initiate the involvement of appropriate departments, ensuring continuous, high-standard communication and delivery.
  • Lead project meetings internally representing both the clients and business needs.
  • Facilitate customer teleconferences, providing timely and accurate customer reports and updates.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance/Regulatory personnel to resolve Problem Reports.
  • Ensure customer needs are accurately translated into quotations, aligning with the business guidelines to monitor and amend quotes.
  • Participate in cross-functional business process improvement activities.

Keys to success

Education

  • Bachelors Degree required

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, customer facing positions, quality assurance or related.
  • In-depth understanding of research and bioproduction customers preferred.
  • Strong science background preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong organizational, planning, verbal, written, and numerical skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and address inquiries from managers and clients.
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer management skills.
  • Proficiency in personal computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
  • Ability to demonstrate proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., Smartsheet, OCPLM).
  • Proven experience with customers in a dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $68,200.00-$85,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
