Job Description

Join Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as a Client Services Project Manager I. You'll be part of a dynamic, collaborative environment with daily opportunities to innovate.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage logistics project activities for studies ranging from low to high complexity, proposing strategies, resolving issues, and delivering solutions flawlessly.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Sponsors/Clients, ensuring seamless communication and strictly adhering to project timelines and requirements.
  • Identify project needs, determine deadlines, and successfully implement client requirements while managing priorities and daily workload.
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients in project work teams, attending meetings to review study requirements, discuss logistical issues, and analyze client concerns.
  • Monitor and control services offered to clients, ensuring inventory reports, shipment tracking, and performance metrics meet project specifications. Conduct frequent meetings with the project team to maintain alignment.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with standard procedures, policies, and regulations, meeting quality standards and timelines.
  • Prepare and train the project team as necessary, encouraging an environment of continuous learning and safety.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to meet business goals and project demands.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within a scientific or technical field.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Knowledge of Latin American regulations is a plus.
  • Dedication to achieving world-class standards in service delivery.
