Group/Division Summary: AIG/MSD

Position Summary:

Support Sales Teams

Provide "book to install" (COA) operational support for sales orders and internal orders etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Factory as well as other cross function teams on booking as well as revenue execution.
  • Ensure clean order acceptance based on corporate policies within target days. Responsible for timely, accurately data entry and completed document filing.
  • Support Account managers to enable clean quotes.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure on time shipment. Identify revenue risks and report in weekly revenue meeting.
  • Follow up on back orders and local purchases.
  • Back up support to other Sales Operations team members.

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires over 3 years of sales support/order process experience at multinational corporations. Equipment sales support experience is plus.
  • Knowledge of International Trading (Export/Import regulation, Incoterms, etc.) is required
  • Graduated from Full-time University with a bachelor degree is required.
  • IT Skills (Microsoft office, ERP system experience)
  • Purchase Order review competence (terms & conditions)
  • Highly Organized approach to work (coordination and prioritizing skills, self-motivated)
  • Diligent to quotation and order details and accurate in processing of data via the various IT systems.
  • Understands global and local processes and takes initiatives for process improvements where applicable.
