Position summary

The Change Management Administrator, is responsible for ensuring that changes to products, processes, and / or materials are communicated to our customers through change notifications. Change Notifications must be well written and approved by our customers. As the administrator, you will, assist, review, track and route change notifications; coordinate, attend and / or lead meetings and communication and updates to management, subject matter experts and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assign any customer initiated (internal or external) and / or supplier changes to the appropriate department for completion.
  • Coordinate, attend and / or lead meetings related to change notifications.
  • Provide management, subject matter experts and customers with any updates to change notifications.
  • Work with customers to acquire OEM approvals on change notifications.
  • Provide assistance, act as a back up on creating, controlling and maintaining changes related to Quality Management System documents (i.e. new or revised production and testing documents, trial documents, procedures, deviations, reworks, etc.).
  • Evaluate processes to look for opportunities for improvements.
  • Assist, review, track and route change notifications in Adobe Sign.
  • Maintain and update any spreadsheet, excel or Smartsheet associated with change notifications from start to finish.
  • Deliver training on the change notification process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 Years documentation is required.
  • Experience in Excel, Word, Power Point, Smartsheet, Outlook and the creation of reports or charts.
  • Proficiency in typing, proofreading, and editing required.
  • Requires strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in an administrative capacity, with interpersonal skills and high attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results.
  • Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently.
  • Possess a positive and professional demeanor.
