Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION/RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Coordinates proposals, timelines, fee analysis and reporting.
  • Liaise with clients, senior management, operational and sales teams to review proposals preparation and review for PDS opportunities, supports new business requests and manages visits on site from potential new customers.

ASSIGNMENTS, SPECIFIC/PRIMARY ACTIVITIES:

  • Comply with GMP requirements and company rules, policies and procedures. Where applicable, performs job responsibilities in compliance with cGMP and all other regulatory agency requirements.
  • Review proposals prepared by Patheon UK quotation team, based on the costs structure of Patheon Italy and the guidance of the technical teams.
  • Participate to discussions with customers to understand technical aspects of projects, gather adequate level of information or assumptions, and assist in developing adeguate scope of work and costed appropriately. Follow-up as required.
  • Work with Account Executives and Project Managers to promote Patheon, ensure customers satisfaction and meet or adjust project requirements.
  • Prepare data reporting and show share reporting analysis to site leadership team, and different level of organization where needed.
  • Support questions or assessment request on new enquiries raised by the Sales group.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements within the site presentations and proposal content.
  • Host and manage new customers visits, either virtual or on site.
  • Handle multiple new customer requests and coordinate follow-up in a timely and effective manner, interacting with site management and technical functions.
  • Facilitate the introduction of new projects, liaising with customers, site leadership and management, operational and sales teams, contributing to S&OP and business forecasting process.
  • Carry out, as required, all the responsibilities of PDS Project Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

Essentials

  • Education:

BA or MS in Chemistry/ Pharmacy/ Biological Sciences or similar.

  • Technical knowledges:

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and of Internet

Preferably Pharmaceutical background or previous experience in R&D Company

  • Professional experience:

2 - 3 years in technical field or in a related area (Pharmaceutical Development, Clinical trials Manufacture, Commercial Manufacture, Project Management, Financial awareness, Customer contact)

  • Languages:

English fluent.

Any other second language is preferred.
