In this role, you will be responsible for developing positive relationships and implementing strategies between assigned accounts/markets and Thermo Fisher Scientific. Your main goal will be to achieve growth and surpass revenue targets across divisions. By promoting our wide range of products and services, you will assist customers in optimizing the value they derive from Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive short-term and long-term growth in India/South Asia markets, specifically for the Cell and Gene Therapy Business lines
  • Facilitate communication between accounts and different divisions at Thermo Fisher Scientific, ensuring timely updates are provided to relevant parties.
  • Apply your expertise in Cell and Gene Therapy to assist customers in getting the most out of their investments.
  • Build and manage relationships with senior-level account executives and key opinion leaders.
  • Coordinate with local selling partner teams to identify and develop strong relationships with high-growth accounts.
  • Engage with colleagues within the organization to drive customer satisfaction and meet sales objectives.
  • Drive strategic decisions that result in significant growth returns and implement revenue capture initiatives.
  • Use finance tools and funnel management processes to forecast and report sales revenue commitments.
  • Provide market insights and input into commercial tools and innovation programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pursue client opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 7 years of direct life science sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of Cell Biology and Genomics, domain expertise in the Cell and Gene Therapy.
  • Experience in customer contact, teaching, or public speaking preferred.
  • great teammate with proven track record to work in a matrixed environment.
  • Preferred location within the any of the major cities in India (Hyderabad/Bangalore/ Mumbai)

Education:

  • Master's Degree in relevant branch of Life Sciences or Ph. D in Relevant Area
