Unique Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced business analytics manager to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance the portion of the business analytics, commercial understandings, and business performance analysis. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales operations, ensuring flawless execution and world-class customer service. This is an ambitious position that requires proven leadership skills and the ability to compete in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and prioritize projects, coordinating departmental or cross-functional teams to deliver project results
  • Conduct analytics including business performance analysis, risk and opportunity analysis, pipeline analysis, digital analytics, and big data analytics
  • Build standard report to provide visibilities to leadership with the objective data points and enable on the data driven decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement and reengineering of operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with teams in both finance and commercial operations to successfully implement projects

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (strong preference for data science, economics, statistics, engineering, or management)
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting or industry within the business data analytics functions
  • Expertise with the Microsoft suite (advanced Excel skills with embedded Pivot Tables & Macros; advanced PowerPoint usage)
  • Experience using SQL is mandatory
  • 2+ years of experience with predictive analytics and BI tools such as R, SAS, Python, Spark, and Tableau
  • Good experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
