Position Summary:

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst III. Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business team members to capture and analyze requirements related to the quote or order-to-cash/SD and MM.
  • Design and implement SAP 4 HANA solutions to streamline and improve the efficiency of order-to-cash operations.
  • Engage with users to write professional user requirements that enable IT to scope a solution with minimal unknowns and assumptions.
  • Conduct system configuration and customization activities to meet business requirements.
  • Perform system testing, including creating test plans, implementing test cases, and documenting results. Provide end-user training and support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of custom developments with standard SAP functionalities.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance monitoring to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP 4 HANA functionalities and industry standard methodologies related to quote or order-to-cash processes.
  • Participate in multi-functional projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Requirement gathering of new initiatives and business needs and documenting as-is business processes accordingly.
  • Studying the Business Process (AS-IS) and Mapping (TO-BE) Business process.
  • Participate in implementing Quotes or order-to-cash solutions involving SAP and quoting systems - SFDC and CPQ.
  • Expertise in understanding the current configuration, participate in ITC, UAT and documentation of SOP's and test scenario's.
  • Should have experience in at least 2 End-to-End SAP Implementations and / or worked in a large support team structure with good understanding of Enhancements, incidents and resolution SLA's.
  • Strong integration knowledge of SAP SD, MM, IDocs, EDIs, LSMW (to support data loading), and BDCs.
  • Must be proficient in handling Issues/support and be well versed with Industry tools like Remedy, Service Now.
  • Excellent, Time Management, Problem Solving and Analytical Skills and and Proficient in creating project documentation, Training material and Unit acceptance Testing scenarios.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrable ability to manage Projects as a lead tying Business requirement to solutions and driving the projects from inception to launch is desired.
  • SAP Order to Cash/SD and MRP experience of minimum of 6-8 years which should include implementation, support, design, training and configuration.
  • Hands-on experience in Design & Configuration and support on SAP SD and MM with experience in understanding Master data dependencies for Order to cash processes.
  • Experience in regional user co-ordination, working with Global IT teams on initiatives impacting the region is required.
  • Experience of having worked in environments where SAP integrates with MES Systems for production execution, Oracle Agile and/or PDH for Item creation, Web Methods / OFM middleware.
  • Excellent Written as well as Oral Communication Skills
  • 6-8 years of previous SAP QTC/OTC experience
  • Completed at least 2 full cycle implementations and experience in support and enhancements.
  • Good exposure on Interfaces - Idocs / ALE .
  • Excellent client-facing and presentation skills
  • Must have industry work experience with implementing SAP S/4HANA
