Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst III to join our Information Technology team in Bengaluru. Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and identify gaps in system functionality and propose solutions to meet business requirements
  • Lead the design and implementation of system enhancements and integrations, particularly focusing on data analysis, in Kinaxis Rapid Response (RR), and supply chain expertise
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation process
  • Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users
  • Manage day-to-day support and enhancements related to the system
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization of system capabilities
  • Evaluate and recommend new features and functionality to enhance supply chain planning processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response, specifically in closed-loop implementation and data analytics
  • Min two Project implementation experience in Kinaxis
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management or related field
  • Expertise in Integrating Kinaxis with SAP ECC and Non- SAP applications.
  • Proficient in project management and effective leadership skills
  • Strong collaborative skills and experience working in diverse teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis and ERP integration
  • Experience with authoring workbooks, creating automation schedule tasks, developing reports, dashboards, and scorecards
  • Hold Level 2 Author Certification in Kinaxis Rapid Response
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Post-graduate certifications such as APICS-CPIM, CSCP, or similar supply chain certifications are a plus

Additionally, we value the following skills and behaviors:

  • Working knowledge of relational databases and query writing
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, and their application in IT operations
  • Proficient in using Agile tools like Service Now and JIRA for project management
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong relationship-building skills with all relevant parties
