Major areas of responsibility:
- Assist with the implementation of time systems, ensuring accurate configuration and integration.
- Collaborate with relevant collaborators to establish time systems ownership responsibilities, including providing support for implementations, communicating with vendors, and addressing critical issues.
- Prepare comprehensive Visio system architecture and workflow diagrams for all countries where ADP GV is implemented and for future expansions.
- Build user-friendly technical mappings, outlining relationships between systems and identifying potential weak points.
- Collaborate with the Colleague Services Business Analyst and the HR Technology Services team to ensure data consistency and accuracy across platforms.
- Ensure smooth data flow between systems and address any discrepancies in real time.
- Develop comprehensive user documentation, encompassing data models, integration specifications, and system architecture diagrams, for both internal and external purposes.
- Keep accurate records of system changes, configurations, and workflows, ensuring documentation is up to date and accessible to relevant collaborators.
- Become an expert in analyzing HR and payroll systems on a global scale.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of related experience, ideally in business analysis, with a focus on IT system integrations, workflows, and HR & Payroll systems.
- Proficient in business process analysis, system configuration, and technical workflow mapping using tools such as Visio.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams and coordinate vendor relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Good understanding of system integration concepts, including data models and configuration management.
