Business Analyst - CRM Analytics Tool Management

Our Commercial Excellence team is looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to support our Sales team in managing and optimizing our CRM Analytics tool. In this role, you will play a key part in driving data-driven strategies and enhancing sales effectiveness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the Go-To Expert: Provide essential support to the sales team, solve CRM Analytics issues, and ensuring the system operates seamlessly.
  • Own the Future Strategy: Take ownership of developing and refining documentation, including requirements, use cases, workflows, and test scenarios, that will shape the long-term evolution of our CRM capabilities and drive strategic outcomes.
  • Drive Data Insights: Collaborate with business and technical teams to create impactful reports, dashboards, and forecasts that empower data-driven decision-making.
  • Champion Data Quality: Maintain and enhance the quality of CRM data in the dashboards to increase its usability and effectiveness.
  • Empower Users and Drive Adoption: Provide day-to-day support and guidance to business users, ensuring they fully adopt and get the most out of the CRM system. Foster user engagement and encourage standard methodologies to improve the tool's impact.
  • Design and conduct user training sessions to build knowledge, confidence, and engagement.
  • Responsible to streamline business processes, anticipate changes, and implement innovative data solutions.
  • Manage defect resolution tickets with IT, validate fixes, and ensure smooth deployment of changes.
  • Lead requirements-gathering sessions for new dashboards and reporting needs, translating them into actionable insights.
  • Use solid project management skills to handle tasks independently, coordinate with IT, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst, preferred.
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Previous experience working with IT development teams.
  • Expertise in data analysis techniques and tools, with a focus on sales data.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Superb communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams in a matrix organization.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data tools/software, preferably Salesforce, CPQ.
  • Solid project management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Understanding of how data analysis supports organizational strategic goals.
