Job Responsibilities
As a Building Maintenance Technician II, you will:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and general building repairs.
- Conduct inspections to determine maintenance needs and successfully implement solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure strict compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs.
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
- Ability to strictly follow safety protocols and regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience; technical degree or certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New York is $18.65-$27.97.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
