We are seeking a strategic Biotech Sales Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive service industry expertise across the Pharma/Biotech/CDMO sectors and will be adept at coordinating winning solutions and strategies tailored to our Biotech accounts while representing all of our organization's offerings including drug substance large molecule, API small molecule, drug product sterile/OSD and clinical supplies pack and label. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive sales growth in the Biotech market segment.
  • Drive overall execution of sales goals, including identifying and winning business with new customers and providing an elite customer experience by working cross-functionally with business unit leaders, subject matter experts, and strategic relationship managers.
  • Work across our global network, supporting a harmonized customer experience.
  • Become an expert in the partner's pipeline and portfolio to proactively identify cross-divisional commercial strategies. Deliver tailored, competitive solutions to customer's distinct requirements.
  • Stay ahead of customer needs through understanding of their company's imperatives, including key operating cycles, budget cycle, strategic sourcing criteria, and business or technical processes.
  • Lead and manage sophisticated deal structuring and negotiation processes.
  • Coordinate and represent the business in senior-level executive and customer meetings.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of industry experience with experience in multiple areas within pharma services
  • Demonstrated success in cross-selling and handling complex deal structures.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Proven track record of successfully competing in a highly competitive sales environment.
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Continuous improvement mentality with the ability to drive innovation
  • Demonstrated experience leading within a matrix organization
  • Self-motivated with a strong bias for action and results

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $128,000.00-$191,975.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
