Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services in the Biopharma segment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement successful promotional strategies
- Create and deliver compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content
- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through targeted marketing initiatives
- Analyze marketing program efficiency using KPI and ROI metrics, track program results, communicate findings, and provide insights.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the biopharma or life sciences industry
- Established record of successfully driving impactful initiatives and attaining measurable outcomes
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $83,300.00-$110,000.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
