As an Associate Site Manager, you'll be part of our Unity Lab Services division, which specializes in integrated lab service, support, and supply management. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient operations, maintaining strong client and vendor relationships, and driving process improvements. This multifaceted role will allow you to collaborate closely with our clients, ensuring flawless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

  • Build Strong Client and Vendor Relationships: You will be the go-to point of contact, responsible for maintaining and strengthening professional relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Drive Process Improvement and Quality Assurance: Actively engage in identifying and implementing process improvements that drive better outcomes and optimize service delivery.
  • Service Contract Support: Assist with managing service contracts by ensuring financial, service-related documents are accurate, complete and aligned with company policy and service level agreements.
  • Financial and Technical Oversight: Review field service reports and invoices for accuracy, ensuring both financial and technical processes are accurate.
  • Work Order Management: Ensure all service related tasks are completed within specified timelines. You will track progress, follow up rigorously, and ensure no delays impact service delivery.
  • Equipment Management: Manage lab equipment and ensure new equipment is accurately inventoried and tagged. This task will require consistent record-keeping to support operational efficiency.
  • Additional Duties: Proactively tackle other responsibilities as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in laboratory services, facility management, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and an unwavering dedication to customer service excellence.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain strong professional relationships across different levels of personnel.
  • Proven track record of managing work orders, financial reviews, and equipment inventory with accountability and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to work independently at client sites.

Physical/Environmental Requirements:

  • Physical Activity: Includes walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, crouching, and occasional lifting.
  • Work Environment: Primarily at customer locations in labs and office settings, with exposure to noise and potential physical and chemical hazards.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $24.00-$27.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
