Our Operations Finance Department, is expanding and we are currently hiring a Billing Coordinator in Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid or Office-based). You will undertake billing operations, perform a variety of administrative functions and take part at month-end related activities.

Responsibilities:
- Prepares invoices and credit memos in a timely and accurate manner, and/or prepares and maintains data structures for loading into financial management systems.
- Address customer complaints and questions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy.
- Process and validate new contracts.
- Compiles, analyzes, and reports financial data across different segments of the business and ensures data integrity in all reporting activities.
- Researches and resolves general inquires, billing and data issues.
- Ensures proper approvals for documents and reports audit compliance, performs authorization activities and tracks changes in contract value.
- Completes month-end related activities.
Education:
- University degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
Experience:
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years).
In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Confidence to handle sensitive information and data effectively.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results.
- Fluency in English - written and oral.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Detail oriented with analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles.
