Responsibilities:
- Provide flawless legal advice and support to various divisions within the company
- Conduct legal research and analysis to determine the best course of action
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements
- Foster effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of legal strategies.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of proven legal experience, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
