Responsibilities:
- Build exceptional support materials, presentations, and tools to align with department strategies.
- Prepare, coordinate, and deliver working group materials and communications per established timelines.
- Support process improvement initiatives, and lead simple projects to optimize performance.
- Participate in initiatives to improve and assess compliance with processes, systems, training, and communications.
- Complete special projects and administrative tasks as required.
- Train team members to achieve proven results.
