Your day at work

As role nominee you shall be responsible for running various analysis on cutting-edge mass spectrometric equipment, to demonstrate advantages that our products can deliver to a customer. You shall plan and execute experiments, crunch and refine large amounts of data to perform statistical analysis and come-up with conclusive results. Drafting internal or customer facing reports, keeping detailed experimental records is a part of daily duties. Finally you will contribute towards making processes faster and more efficient.

Minimum education and experience requirements:

  • Master's degree or PhD in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience and knowledge can substitute.
  • Mass spectra is not only bunch of sticks on the axis? Must have a track of hands on work LC-MS or GC-MS of 5 years acquired in one of following industry domains: Lipidomics, Metabolomics, Environmental, Food, Clinical or Pharma/Biopharma. Experience in other spectrometric techniques (IR, Raman etc) will be considered as plus.
  • Solid understanding of chromatography principles. Capable to develop a separation from the ground-up.
  • Digital proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, or similar is a must. Knowledge of tools that empower processing large amounts of data shall treated as a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to present results to an audience (peer reviewed publications, conference material etc.)

  • Ability to work independently or in cross-discipline team, matrix managed environment.
  • Strong prioritization skills, resilience to changes.
  • Desire to learn something new. Daily.
  • Ability to understand and communicate challenges to diverse audiences.
  • Resilience in fast-paced and multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Ability to travel 10-15% annually globally.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €34 700,00-€52 025,00.
