What will you do?

  • Monitor and Maintain ERP Applications and Boltons to ensure applications are running smoothly, efficiently, and securely.
  • Add and manage users and provision roles in Applications
  • Triage and resolve application errors and issues.
  • Perform application/security updates, patches, and upgrades.
  • Handle and maintain server operating systems, including Windows and Linux
  • Support System Administration activities to ensure that it is delivered in consistent, harmonized and efficient manner within the guidelines of the Project Management Framework (PMF)
  • Handle the Server Administration and Promotion activities along with configuration as required.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams, such as infrastructure and business Analysts, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

  • Work with Distributed Team members to deliver a perfect global project execution model. Capture and successfully use data to deliver continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain scripts to automate repetitive tasks and processes.
    Implement automation tools to optimize application management using scripting languages, such as Python, PowerShell
  • Delivery and support of incident/break/fix and production support
  • Good understanding of SDLC, IT Change Control processes, Deployment Methodologies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of applications and systems.
    Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and guides.
  • Work on Tools like JIRA, Service Now, MS PowerBI

How will you get here?

Education

Bachelor's degree in the information technology field (BE/B.TECH Information Systems or relevant field of study or MCA) and certification in a specialized information technology area.

Experience

Overall, 3 + years of experience in any ERP / Bolton Application Administration Experience

Skills Required:

  • Working Knowledge in tools like Jira and service now
  • Experience in ERP Application Administration product such as Oracle JD Edwards / Fusion ERP/ QAD Precision
  • Cloud Fundamentals (OCI/AWS/Azure)
  • Knowledge on Scripting development using Python / Shell Scripting / PowerShell

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver in a timely fashion.
