Job Title: Vendor Master Data Analyst, Sr Accounts Payable Representative

Position Summary:
This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy of Vendor Master Data. It involves crafting and managing vendor accounts within ERP systems. Vendor Master Data (VMD) is instrumental in maintaining the integrity, compliance, and accuracy of supplier information in the ERP, including audit reporting and alignment to internal control guidelines. Success in this role hinges on regular communication with corporate personnel and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Vendor Master Data requests promptly and accurately, in line with policies, procedures, and SLAs.
- Cultivate relationships with internal partners to ensure comprehensive and standardized data requests.
- Apply analytical tools to identify, investigate, and resolve/update data inconsistencies, duplicates, and outdated records, aiding in master data integration.
- Contribute to the development of forms, procedures, and work instructions.
- See opportunities to improve data quality and process efficiency.
- Foster strong rapport with internal customers and multi-functional teams, sharing successes and achievements actively.
- Ensure the maintenance of high-quality customer service levels, internally and externally.
- Undertake other duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Navision is helpful.
- Proven track record to meet deadlines
- Proven attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and customer-focused demeanor with a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience in high-volume, multi-entity, multi-currency processing functions.
- Understanding and appreciation of audit and SOX requirements.
Education & Experience:
- Fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Some prior experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services, preferably in an Accounts Payable function (1 to 2 years), is advantageous.
- Ability to efficiently process large volumes of information.

- Proficient in English.
