Job Description
Job Duties
- Reconciles general ledger accounts.
- Processes financial transactions.
- Requests and assigns payments to the appropriate account.
- Acquires all necessary documentation for account processing.
- Prepares general ledger entries for all accounts.
- Maintains audit-required documentation
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Basic knowledge of mathematic functions
- Working knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Confidence to handle critical information and data effectively.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results and special attention to detail.
- Firm written and oral communications skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and outside vendors.
