Location: North Spain (Bilbao or Santander).

Area: North Spain (País Vasco, Cantabria, Asturias, Galicia, Navarra)

You will play a crucial role in driving sales activities and acquiring new customers within your territory, ensuring flawless execution of our Commercial Action Plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the profitability of managed accounts.
  • Successfully implement the Commercial Action Plan.
  • Visit prospects and customers regularly to increase sales and customer dedication.
  • Manage new opportunities funnel and provide monthly forecasts and accounts reports.
  • Promote our products and their clinical value to clinicians.
  • Integrate relevant financial departments in key hospitals into the decision-making process.
  • Develop partnerships with KOL-Decision makers and influencers in specific target groups.
  • Provide high-level technical sales support and maintain a customer database.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Science graduate (medicine, pharmacy, biology).
  • Degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or health statistics is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5-10 years in a similar sales position.

Skills

  • Outstanding communication skills both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated efficiency as a Sales Representative.
  • Customer/sales focused with excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken business English and the local language.
  • Driving license required.

  • Must cover large geographical areas with frequent overnight stays (60% of working time).
  • Strong intellectual capacity, problem-solving ability, and strategic vision.
  • Flexibility to adapt and succeed in a rapidly growing business environment.
