Job Title: Account Manager (Lab Chemicals Division)

Division: Laboratory Chemicals Division

Location: Suseo (Gangnam-gu), Seoul, Korea

As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales and maintaining key relationships in the laboratory chemicals industry.

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for sales activities, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining bulk sales procedures with exceptional attention to detail.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key end-users and dealers.
• Provide accurate quotes and requisitions for bulk customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to effectively communicate and resolve any issues related to bulk sales.
• Develop a comprehensive key account list, including key contacts and products used.
• Protect company property and data with the utmost diligence and professionalism.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharma, Physics, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
• A minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in a commercial environment.
• Excellent communication skills for both internal and external customers.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
