Job Responsibilities

As an Account Manager III, you will:

  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets by successfully implementing strategic sales plans.
  • Strong working knowledge of the sales process (lead generation, quoting, purchasing, revenue recognition) as well as highly competent in forecast management.
  • Hands-on experience in chromatography and mass spectrometry instruments.
  • Extensive knowledge of the industrial and clinical market in Mexico
  • Foster and sustain positive relationships with current clients, ensuring impeccable customer happiness.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, demonstrating an ambitious approach to growing our market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer needs and provide world-class solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our products and services.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and industry trends to compete effectively in the marketplace.
  • Strictly adhere to all company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales role within the scientific or healthcare industry.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to determine client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
