Key Responsibilities:
- Work with distributors in customer education and scientific promotion to reach sales target
- Work with vertical sales team, to initiate local sales plan based on national strategies and execution
- Hire/manage/evaluate ID distributors in territory.
- Visit end users to deeply understand their needs and questions, and provide timely feedback and solutions to customers.
- Prioritize training and application support to customers and distributors in territory

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above in medicine, clinical laboratory, or relevant majors
- 3+ years' experience in sales and distribution channel management position, with successful track record
- Good communication skill, High team spirit
- Willing to travel frequently
- Work hard, and willing to face challenge
