We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to manage customer accounts and provide exceptional customer service to meet and exceed sales targets. This position is located in Shanghai.

A day in the Life:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets and objectives
  • Develop and nurture strong connections with individuals who make important decisions and are involved in the project.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of customer orders and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

To thrive in this position, you should be a motivated individual who consistently achieves sales targets. It is essential to have excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with a wide range of customers. Additionally, problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work well in a team are key to succeeding in this role.

Education

  • Equivalent experience in lieu of a formal education is welcome.

Experience

  • Typically requires a university degree, preferably in a technical field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Typically requires 5 years of sales management experience with a proven successful track record in a related product area.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Highly developed negotiation skills for customer interaction and closure of sales and other issues.
  • Excellent, enthusiastic, clear communication skills to a diverse audience is critical to the success of this position.
  • Systematic problem-solving by working with customers and account team.
  • Presentation skills and creating materials for presentations to internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to work in good cooperation within an account team.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This position may require travel to customer sites and factory locally.
