Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and handle a sales territory - 충청/전라지역. Actively develop and target new business/sales opportunities within the marketplace. Handle the sales cycle.
- Effectively communicate and negotiate sales contracts with customers. Educate customers on new products and product improvements.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science or the equivalent knowledge and academic/functional experience. A Master's degree will be advantageous.
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in sales management.
- Attain or exceed assigned sales goals, profit goals, and market share goals consistently within expense guidelines.
- Utilize proven organizational skills to successfully manage territory sales activities.
- Open-minded and possess positive attitude
- Good computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint...)
- Good English Skills, both written and verbal
- Driver's license
