About the Internship
TEC Solutions is seeking a resourceful and curious intern to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for winning by providing support in agency wide TEC pilots, programs and projects. Serve as a TEC Training instructor and create engaging high-level presentations in the art of storytelling. If this sounds like an opportunity for you to add value we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Project and program coordination
- Training instruction
- Data collection
- Create advanced presentations for senior staff
- Perform technology software upgrades including training and messaging
- Assist with pilot programs for testing new technology
- Assist with projects for collaborative space upgrades to new technology

Minimum Qualifications
- Enrollment at a college/university through Summer 2025 and into the Fall 2025 semester
- Experience with Microsoft apps such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Editing and storytelling skills
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Experience with project coordination and user experience testing
Internship Details
- The start date will be Thursday, May 29, 2025
- The internship will last approximately 12 weeks, ending on Friday, August 22, 2025
- This is a full-time internship (5 days per week at 7.25 hours per day)
- The format is expected to be hybrid

Compensation & Benefits
- The hourly rate range is $18.07 to $29.57 (the exact rate will be determined by internship type and rising school year)
