Role Overview:
Join us in a critical role as a Project Coordinator within the Muse Productions arm of The Muse Group. You would be reporting directly to the VP of Client Operations. You will be responsible for strategizing, planning, project managing and, ultimately, delivering profile content included in a client’s contract for both The Muse and Fairygodboss.
Position Type: Part-time (10 hours per week), transitioning to Full-time (to cover maternity leave)
Location: Remote
Travel: Up to 15% travel for onsite shoots
Description:
This role will begin as part-time, requiring approximately 10 hours per week. Following this, the position will transition to full-time to cover a maternity leave, with the expectation of a full-time workload for [duration of full-time coverage, e.g., 6 months].
What you will do:
-Project manage all client profile deliverables (video/editorial content) through tools such as Airtable and Salesforce
-Work cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, Sales, and Editorial teams to ensure the success and happiness of new and existing clients
-Liaise between clients and product teams over client feedback and troubleshoot when needed
-Create partnership and project management materials for clients (i.e. project plans, briefs, comms templates, etc.)
-Produce employer branding video content for clients both onsite and remotely
-Oversee video crew during onsite production to make sure the schedule is kept and work directly with the client and video talent to ensure their happiness
-Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular syncs and strategic planning
-Manage a robust client list spanning from Fortune 500 companies to SMB
Required qualifications:
-At least 1-3 years of client services experience
-Previous experience working in Video Production (on set and/or in production offices)
-Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment
-Ability to manage a robust book of businessExperience initiating and managing client communications
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Has a history of being able to prioritize tasks and workload while maintaining a sense of urgency when needed
Preferred qualifications:
-Experience with Project Management tools such as Airtable and Salesforce
Pay Range: $35 - $45 / hour
