The Position
D.C. United Summer Camps at Woods Academy offers two unique programs centered on the D.C. United brand: an exciting five-day program for campers aged 5-8, blending traditional summer camp activities with soccer instruction and a dedicated program focused on soccer instruction and competition through our custom-built curriculum for campers aged 9-13. Both experiences promote growth on and off the field, combining fun camp activities with soccer fundamentals to help campers develop skills and confidence.
We are looking for a Program Leader to be part of our on-site leadership team, responsible for top-notch execution of daily camp programming, managing a team of coaches, and inspiring D.C. United campers to unlock their personal best every day. We provide training, camp curriculum, daily schedules, and all necessary equipment—you bring the enthusiasm, leadership, and dedication to make the camp experience come to life.
