FUNCTIONAL TEAM
The Enterprise Digital Enablement Team manages and creates Enterprise-Wide solutions that enable our end user customer experiences. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Customer and End User Authentication
• The Hartford's Mobile Presence
• User Experience and Design System integration for Front end technology
• End User Publishing and Communication Technology
• And many more!
We are looking for Interns who are up to the challenge of learning and leveraging different tools within our Centers of Practice (COPs) that will work within tooling for customer experience monitoring and building use cases for document signing processes for the Enterprise. We will also ensure a rounded experience is provided and insight given into other tools and applications within our portfolio.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist development and completion of prioritized use cases for different DocuSign initiatives.
• Assist in configuration and application onboarding with our Customer Experience Monitoring Platform, as well as reporting needs for different integrated applications
• Assist in creation of training material for Enterprise use and understanding of these products and services
• Assist in evaluation of new capabilities of these platforms
COMPETENCIES & SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Self-motivated with mature, professional, and ethical conduct
• Excellent communicator, oral and written
• Eager to learn new things and apply the information quickly to different situations
• Analytical and decision-making abilities, problem solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
• Team oriented, collaborative and willing to accept feedback
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Focused on delivering a positive customer experience
• Experience working with Microsoft or Google's G suite of applications.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Technology focused curriculum preferred
• Teacher Recommendations preferred
• Engagement and leadership in school clubs, extracurricular activities, community or volunteer enrichment events preferred
LOCATION OF INTERNSHIP:
• 1 Hartford Plaza Hartford, CT
o Virtual / Remote Work & Onsite
WORKING TIME / SCHEDULE
• Monday - Friday, 20 hours. (Position is Part-Time, Temporary)
• Internship starts mid-June and runs through mid-August
• Working hours vary, typically 8:30AM - 5PM
Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
