Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Assist and support the Highway Chief Administrator Officer and Deputy Chief Administrative Officer on assigned projects.
- Attend project meetings and record meeting summaries.
- Assist with the tracking and inspection of deliverables.
- Confer with staff in order to exchange information, coordinate efforts, and obtain information concerning projects and activities.
- Conduct project and policy research and field investigations.
- Develop findings and reports related to specific activities and issues.
- Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the project team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be a flexible and adaptable team-player, as well as have strong communication and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency, including the ability to develop and analyze spreadsheets, databases, and reports.
- Applicants must be highly organized to meet the priorities of this office for accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
