The Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EOEEA) serves Commonwealth residents interested in outdoor recreational activities, clean energy solutions and those who work with animals and livestock. Equally, EOEEA works with energy consumers, power companies, clean energy providers and farmers to delicately balance the interaction with environmental protection laws and regulations while being a cornerstone for our economic prosperity.

The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, seeks applicants for the position of Contracted Student Intern - Drinking Water Program to perform the following duties:

Drinking Water Program
MassDEP Drinking Water Program (DWP) regulates all public water systems in Massachusetts. The Central Region DWP is looking for an applicant to assist in identifying and determining pre-existing unregistered public water systems.
This will require intern to collect information on potential pre-existing public water systems, record information about potential pre-existing public water systems, and assist DWP staff in the determination process. The intern will also have the opportunity to shadow staff on sanitary surveys.
Qualifications
