•Develops and implements manufacturing processes.

•Provides concurrent engineering support.

•Defines production activities and resolves problems of limited scope.

•Reviews and approves technical documents.

•Analyzes charging trends and develops projected manpower forecast.

•Assists with the preparation and justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation.

•Leads projects and participates in technical research on proposed projects.

•Serves as primary interface with internal customers regarding status of the jet

•Translates data into actionable plan for implementation within the organization.

•Compiles and provides management status reports for corrective/preventative action.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. USA - San Antonio, TX.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Confidential Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

•5+ years' general hands-on experience on F-18 aircraft

•5+ years' general overall aviation or aerospace experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

•Experience developing and implementing manufacturing processes.

•Experience providing concurrent engineering support and approving technical documents

•Defining production activities and resolves problems of limited scope

Typical Education:

Bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Note: Basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal candidates.

Summary pay range: $79,050 - $106,950
