• Provides a high-level of customer-focused sales in a high volume, fast paced call center environment
• Educates customers on insurance products and services recognizing cross-sales opportunities within the context of the customer interaction
• Accepts payments, reinstates policies, works with insureds and our agency partners to ensure billing questions are handled in a timely and professional manner

Work Environment

This is a hybrid work arrangement (time spent in office and remote). Depending on the employee's role and leadership's assessment, some employees will come in to an ACG facility on a weekly basis, a monthly basis, or on an "as needed" basis for key meetings and collaborative activities. Most employees will be required to come into the office, at a minimum, for important departmental meetings or teambuilding events.

We're looking for candidates who:

Education

• High school education or equivalent
• Ability to work with P.C. software applications

Experience

• Ability to maintain accurate files and records
• Ability to identify and resolving problems
• Minimum of 6 months of customer-service experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment.1-2 years of customer service, contact center and/or sales experience in an Insurance environment or related industry, preferred.
• This position requires you to obtain a property and casualty insurance and motor club licenses within 60 days of your hiring start date.
