We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Intern to drive value through creating best-in-class Customer Communication Automation and associated Business Process to support AES' Customer Experience (CX) strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with department leadership and subject matter experts (SME's) to develop processes using industry best practices to improve internal operations and customer experience.
  • Use communication tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud and Qualtrics to generate and optimize campaigns.
  • Customer/stakeholder journey mapping to understand pain points and identify opportunities for improvements; lead implementation of new/improved digital journeys.
  • Research, collaborate, communicate, and drive solutions to business technology issues/questions, effectively partnering with stakeholders.
  • Report results, socializing across key stakeholders.
  • Support training initiatives by creating documentation outlining processes in a clear, succinct, and easy to understand manner.
  • Adhere to project timelines created in coordination with team lead and program manager and assigned department leaders.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Technology, Marketing, Economics or related field or sufficient related work experience
  • Strong interest in leading projects and/or teams (Preferred)
  • Strong interest in managing and developing business process (Preferred)
  • User of Microsoft business tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving business outcomes

Intern may be expected to complete additional assignments as determined by their supervisor.
