Description and Requirements
At TELUS Digital we are looking for Senior University Students or Teaching Assistants (TA) in Science, Health & Medicine, Technology & Engineering, and/or Business to apply as Prompt-Response Writers in Poland. The project aims to develop high-quality datasets for training a multimodal language model, focusing on enhancing capabilities in the Visual Language Model (VLM) space.

Task Description:
Prompt-Response writers will select images from textbooks based on job guidelines, create unique prompts related to the images, and write detailed responses.
This is a remote position with flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, write, and curate high-quality prompts and responses in your specialized domain (Science, Health & Medicine, Technology & Engineering, or Business).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the relevance and accuracy of the datasets.

Review, analyze, and refine content to meet project requirements, ensuring consistency in tone and adherence to guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Senior University Student or Teaching Assistant (TA) in one of the following fields: Science, Health & Medicine, Technology & Engineering or Business. • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in the respective domain or recent graduates. A Master's or PhD degree program is a plus. • Strong proficiency in English writing with excellent grammar, clarity, and the ability to explain complex concepts concisely. • Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in academic research or a related field. • At least 3 months of prior experience in prompt writing.

Assessment:
In order to be hired into the program, you’ll go through a subject-specific qualification exam that will determine your suitability for the position. Our team will provide you with guidelines before your qualification exam.

Hourly rate per domain:

• Science 22.5 USD. • Health & Medicine 14.85 USD. • Tech & Engineering 17.8 USD. • Business 16.47 USD.

Selected participants will be contacted by TELUS Digital to go through a qualification process and detailed guidelines on how to get started.
