TELUS International is now looking for Content Writers of Swiss German for a Content Annotation and Revision Project. Please see the details below.

Task description: the tasks include Content Annotation and Content Revision, depending on the data available, you will be assigned to one of the tasks.

Content Annotation: you will be given prompts (instructions or sentences) that have been translated from English. These are to be annotated for metrics such as: Identity Attack, Bias, Microaggression, Violence, Self-Harm, Insult, and Sexual Content. The detailed guidelines about the metrics will be provided.

Content Revision: you will be asked to complete each sentence provided in Swiss German in such a way that the completion does not contain any offensive content according to the toxicity criteria annotated. The completion length must be of at least two to three sentences. Human writing is needed, and the use of any GPT or any other LLMs is not allowed.

Note: this content touches upon sensitive topics such as violence, explicit content, abuse, or minor safety.

Requirements:

-Native or near-native speaker of Swiss German
-Currently located in Switzerland
-Pass the German Language Test and English Fluency Test
-Experience of writing, annotation or similar tasks is a plus
-Over 18 years old
-Access to a computer (desktop/laptop) and stable Internet connection

Estimated start date: Immediately
Estimated workload: 10-20 hours per week
Project duration: 3-4 weeks

Compensation:
-$35.00 per hour
-Payments are made via TELUS International AI Community Portal

Assessment: a project-specific annotation training will be administered as part of the screening for this project after you have confirmed your availability.
