Description and Requirements
TELUS Digital is currently looking for On-site Moderators to participate in a fun and exciting NEW Data Collection Study in Paris.
Your task:
As an On-site Moderator, you will welcome and register participants for our data collection study, ensuring they understand the process and adhere to guidelines, explaining the task and guiding them through the process. Additionally, you will manage the flow of participants, address any inquiries, and maintain accurate records throughout the session.
Project details:
- Project dates : January 2, 2025 to March 23, 2025 (Date is subject to change)
- Project duration: ~ 11 weeks
- Required Availability: 8 hours per day (Candidates must be able to commute to the facility)
- Work style: On site

Requirements:
- 18+ years old
- Advanced English level B2 (Communicational skills are necessary)
- Native in French (other languages are a plus)
- Experience with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and other productivity tools. Ideally, candidates should be comfortable with basic installing and troubleshooting software applications. Examples of relevant skills include:
- Creating and editing spreadsheets
- Using basic formulas
- Basic Installing and troubleshooting software applications
- Resolving common and basic computer issues
