Job Overview

4th shift position (Friday-Sunday 6a-6p)

TE Connectivity's Maintenance Teams perform repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure longer lifespan of machines and facilities. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, person granted asylee status in the U.S. or person admitted into the U.S. as a refugee.

What your background should look like:

• Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by creating and completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
• Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Utilize knowledge of the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) to ensure that designs comply with the required safety clearances.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associates degree preferred in Electrical or Mechanical.
• 6+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical (low & high voltage), and electronic skill. (or 4+ years o experience with an AA degree)
• PLC knowledge with programming skills a plus.
• Ability to read, and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagram.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations for industrial environment.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $60,720 - $91,080 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
