Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Distribution & Logistics Teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements or internal business objectives. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. They also focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.

Job Description:
Lead warehouse daily work, develop and update warehousing-related procedure with the objective of safety, quality, delivery and inventory accuracy within related policies, guidelines and related WI.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily safety management of the warehouse, including job risk assessment, daily Gemba walk, BBS implementation, report the potential risk and eliminate it in time, safety training etc.,
2. Make and update warehouse related procedure to facilitate on-site implementation
3. Warehouse people management to keep high engagement
4. Warehouse daily work arrangement to ensure delivery on time, includes packing line
5. Improve warehouse working quality to improve customer satisfaction
6. Continuous training for all employees to improve safety awareness and skill
7. Cost control in warehouse
8. Make the inventory counting plan and review the result regularly to monitor inventory effectively
9. KPI management, including EHS, quality, delivery and inventory accuracy etc.
10. Continuous improvement in warehouse (TEOA)
11. Outsourced personnel communication and management
12. Other tasks assigned by the company
Qualification:
1. College degree or above
2. More than 5 years of work experience with 3 years of supervisor experience
3. Familiar with SAP/ERP, office software
4. Good English reading and writing ability
5. Integrity, a strong sense of responsibility
