Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

• Working Time in the Company

• EHS Accidents (Due to Operational Negligence)

• "AseguraTE" or "BBS" Reports

• Incidents related to Quality (Non-Conformities for not followingthe Operating Procedures)

• Systems and/or Technological Knowledge

• Operational efficiency

• Brigade member: It is an operational "plus" for internal evaluations

Education:

• High School Degree or proofed equivalency

Nature and Overall Purpose of the Role

• Follow safety guidelines.

• Replace Production Leader in case of absence (Back-up).

• In accordance with the Quality System, you must follow the guidelines, procedures and policies of the company and Production/Operations department.

• Troubleshoots and makes minor adjustments and repairs. This would include adjustments and all aspects of changes, replacement of consumables and minor spare parts.

• May perform tool sharpening, repair, or conditioning.

• Execute the Quality Inspection Plan, inspecting the product and using the tools, fixtures and measurement devices required to ensure that the product is acceptable.

• Document per job traveler requirements.

• Perform Line Clearances.

• Train other Production Operators of equal and previous grade.

• Reading and understanding blueprints.

• Follow instructions, pre-established guidelines and plans to perform the functions of your job.

• Good vision and manual dexterity.

• Must have the ability and availability to work overtime when requested.
