Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.
Provide daily assistance for GM & operation, convey the decision of management, asst. to arrange the schedule for GM, collect and prepare operation reports, manage related documents and company stamp with the objective of ensuring accurate and timely service for GM and Operation within TE values and policies. Coach & guide the dept. asst. to better finish their job.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, major in secretary, administration or business management.
- At least 3 years similar working experiences for management.
- Master English& office software skills.
- Action Oriented, good at dealing with ambiguity, approachability, caring About dot line reports, comfort around higher management, composure, creativity, patience, self-motivated.
