Job Overview

The Sales and Operations Planning Analyst supports the execution of the overall S&OP monthly process for ICT through the Product, Demand, Supply, Financial and Management Review steps. Additionally, the role will support the S&OP Leaders with specific process improvements, project work as well as data management and reporting enabling S&OP team to accelerate our strategic initiates and the overall TE ICT strategy.

• Prepare specific topics for the monthly S&OP review meetings.
• Execute and track on the action plans from the S&OP reviews.
• Participate and Support in various S&OP Review meetings.
• Provide support on Demand forecasting and forecast Monitoring and assist with key insights.
• Support the Supply S&OP Team with Analysis/Reporting/Assignments to enhance the Capacity Planning.
• Assist on Capacity Checks both on the Customer Input side as well as the Capacity Analysis side to guarantee a fast and valid feedback to internal customers.
• Lead the coordination and accountability for driving results of critical projects - Ongoing monitoring of KPI's and indicators.
• Analyze capacities for the mid to long term horizon (Rough Cut Capacity Planning - RCCP) based on the Consensus Forecast utilizing SAP IBP.
• Identify S&OP process capacity bottlenecks within the monthly cycle and work in daily collaboration with the various EMEA departments (Demand, Plant Supply, Procured Supply)
• To Provide the support on periodic reports and adhoc requests as well.
• Participate in projects and Continuous Improvement initiatives (TEOA).

Desired Candidate Profile:

• At least 3 years of experience as Production / Materials planner or similar preferred in the ICT industry
• General knowledge of Operations / Manufacturing processes
• Demand Planning or Project Management experience is an advantage
• Experience in any Supply Chain function is an advantage
• Production and Materials Planning knowledge
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong computer skills (SAP R/3, MS Excel, Business Information tools)
• Experience with SAP IBP is a clear advantage
• Advanced Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, One Note, Planner, Word, Access, Visio)
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
• Very high customer and service orientation required
• Performance oriented and focused on Quality.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements
• Decision making skills
• Willingness to constantly learn also complex processes and scenarios
• Flexible to work in different time zones as per business requirements
